“I was really disappointed with my stay. For the entire five days we were there, the TV didn’t work due to an issue the provider “couldn’t fix,” which meant there was absolutely no in‑room entertainment. For a newer hotel, that was surprising and frustrating. The “continental breakfast” was also extremely underwhelming; just apples, oranges, coffee, and muffins. No variety, no protein, nothing warm. “My husband and I stay here every year because I participate in the Luray SwimFest at Lake Arrowhead. Although we don't golf, the course and facilities always seem to be well-used, and guests appear to really enjoy them. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
